The Art of True Love

Dear Blog,
I have tried to do contemplation several times..then I got an insight that L O V E has it art. Love has created by Allah, then He internalized that feeling to every creatures. No matter the race, nations, tribes, The Lord creates the love with no exception...He the True Love, The Real Love, The Most Sincerest Love , has shown us how to love (to the one who think and get the lesson in it).
He has shown us how to prove the love. Love doesn't mean meaningless servitude...Every second and every where is full off His Love...Love is there in the happiness, sadness, sorrow, loneliness, crowds , and in all episodes of life.Those are the art of LOVE.....We will get them through the heart...L O V E...

Title                    : Performance Appraisal Intervention Program to Improve Employees’ Organizational Commitment at ARS Educational Foundation.

This research is aimed to develop an internvention program to find solution of high turnover and absenteeism, low in work discipline, productivity, and creativity at ARS Foundation. Those problems are the outcomes of low Employees’ Organizational Commitment . There are two factors which  are predicted the organizational commitment in this study;  reward fairness  and employees relationship  at work place. This study is a retrospective-prospective design. The  Primary and secondary data were collected through questionaires, interview, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and also from HR documents. The result of this study shows that there is significant correlation between organizational commitment and reward fairness  with the correlation (r = .732.  Collectively, reward fairness and employees relationship give contribution  ( r = .501) to organizational commitment, while separetely relationship doesn’t have significant contribution on organizational commitment.  Organizational Commitment Questionaire (OCQ) with £ = .808 and Organizational Diagnositic Questionaire  (ODQ) with £ = .925 are used to gathered primary data. This study has developed Performance Management Program as the intervention program to improve employees’ organizational commitment. This intervention involves several activities such as; (1) job analyzing adn job description analysis. (2) making employees’ for educative employees and non educative employees (3) having performance appraisal workshop and conducting pilot project.
