COME BACK

After years do not actively write any ideas on this blog, this time brings me to previous years ago when everything still normal (not to much activities on working).. I do thanks Allah who has already gives me many things, rizq, healthy, wealthy, and smartness then I can do much things also which I could not do in the past such as; finance spend much more for my mother, my sister and my nieces. I can go to any places which I want to visit, I can buy anything I need, I can join any important class and meeting which I never got in the past, I can share experiences with others, I can meet much more citizen, some important person such as; minister, director general and many others. I then thank Allah for them everyday, every single time and every conditions.
I wanna also regret and would like to deserve my deepest sorry to all my mistakes, weaknesses, and bad things . May You forgive me Allah, May you guide me through the right and great way amiin....

The Art of True Love

Dear Blog,
I have tried to do contemplation several times..then I got an insight that L O V E has it art. Love has created by Allah, then He internalized that feeling to every creatures. No matter the race, nations, tribes, The Lord creates the love with no exception...He the True Love, The Real Love, The Most Sincerest Love , has shown us how to love (to the one who think and get the lesson in it).
He has shown us how to prove the love. Love doesn't mean meaningless servitude...Every second and every where is full off His Love...Love is there in the happiness, sadness, sorrow, loneliness, crowds , and in all episodes of life.Those are the art of LOVE.....We will get them through the heart...L O V E...

Title                    : Performance Appraisal Intervention Program to Improve Employees’ Organizational Commitment at ARS Educational Foundation.

This research is aimed to develop an internvention program to find solution of high turnover and absenteeism, low in work discipline, productivity, and creativity at ARS Foundation. Those problems are the outcomes of low Employees’ Organizational Commitment . There are two factors which  are predicted the organizational commitment in this study;  reward fairness  and employees relationship  at work place. This study is a retrospective-prospective design. The  Primary and secondary data were collected through questionaires, interview, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and also from HR documents. The result of this study shows that there is significant correlation between organizational commitment and reward fairness  with the correlation (r = .732.  Collectively, reward fairness and employees relationship give contribution  ( r = .501) to organizational commitment, while separetely relationship doesn’t have significant contribution on organizational commitment.  Organizational Commitment Questionaire (OCQ) with £ = .808 and Organizational Diagnositic Questionaire  (ODQ) with £ = .925 are used to gathered primary data. This study has developed Performance Management Program as the intervention program to improve employees’ organizational commitment. This intervention involves several activities such as; (1) job analyzing adn job description analysis. (2) making employees’ for educative employees and non educative employees (3) having performance appraisal workshop and conducting pilot project.

The Nature of Love

Assalaamu'alikum wr wb.

Dear blogger ,
this is one of a contemplation that we must have to evaluate ourselves, do we really a good humble to Allah


Love ….is a word which is frequently uttered to any one who wants to find the beauty of heart and the beauty this world. Love is a miracle that able to change the condition in a very short time. The sadness can directly cheer up when love come to make them cheer up when love come to them cheer. The sorrow can be blown up when love come to make them blown and disappeared.
A woman can stand on as a single parent with her own because of love. A man can sacrifice all his life to earn money for family just because of love. Besides, the reality has often shown that many people want to sacrifice everything he/she had because of love. A very frightened girl can shortly change her attitude to be brave because of love. Even a person can spend his/her time all day long just for discussing love and even they can forget another activity while they discuss it.
That’s love ….. works in deepest heart consciously and untouchably. You can feel it but you cannot show its form. Previous statements described about love, but they do not define you. Nobody can define love in exact way. That’s the miracle of love. Who did it? The answer must be the owner of real love whose love is as wide as the earth and sky, and never end till the end of the world.
Allah is the owner of real love. He has already given us all things in this world because of His love. He always take care of us, He always shows His tenderly love to His man every time and every where. But most of us often do not realize how great and how beautiful His love is. We often try to ignore it. Even as His humble, we often betrayed Him but He still love us, he still keep on us without hopping anything. It’s the true love.
Great world histories have proved us with some basic impact of the true love. Let’s take a look at the famous Islamic histories about Bilal bin Rabah. A young man with a very dark skin has influenced much on Allah. He just let himself buried on the ground and hit because he only wants to protect his love to Allah by keep saying the Almighty, Allah is the only God and Allah is everything. Though he was injured badly, but he still tried to keep his love.
Love is really a miracle. It can make something possible to be impossible and vise versa. It can make a very great move to the one who cannot move. It can produce a very great power to the one whom powerless. Keep trying to close to Allah the Almighty, the source of love is there in His side. His tenderly loving and care make everything peace and comfortable. Love Allah, verse His name deeply, then you feel the great of His love…
